Order Form

This form may look a little complicated but it is the only way I could organize the information. Please place the amount wanted in the correct box. EX. 2 White Long sleeve shirts under medium (I want one to say Rifle and one to say Sabre down the sleeves) So I would place a 1 in the box next to Rifle and a 1 in the box next to Sabre. For multiple shirts of the same size and type,simply place the number desired in the appropriate box. Remember for every shirt ordered money goes straight to the guard! So tell your friends.

Also so not to be confused there are six options to choose from for the sleeve. They are: rifle, flag, sabre, parent, crew, or if you choose, none. The sleeve option is also only available in the White Long Sleeve Shirt or the Gray Sweat Shirt. The t-shirts are not available in the sleeve option.
